HOT JOB - Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk

Process vendor invoices; resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies; issuing stop-payments/voids; processes employee expense reports. Reconciles entries; records expenses; submits accounts payable ledger information to staff accountant for monthly reconciliation; prepares monthly accounts payable reports; maintains vendor payment files and other payable records. Process timekeeping information; review time card discrepancies; update employee payroll records as needed; distribute payroll checks and W-2 form; calculate payroll taxes; answer questions from employees related to payroll topics.
